Riding a bike is a great way to get around. It's good for the environment, good for the lungs and good for the soul. Sometimes, the rain and wind don't make it so pleasant, but overall. I like riding a bike.
Great photo, Bret. This is exactly what it feels like to be riding a bicycle through Amsterdam on a gray and dreary day. You captured the moment very well.
I like it too Eric - thanks for checking in with my blog. This picture captured my heart the other day as I was realizing that during the rain, I really don't even look around, just my head down and get to the next destination as fast as possible. Thanks again.
Epu - you never rode a bike - it was all in your dreams... plus your bike is now Marcel's bike and is locked up somewhere on the Prinsengracht... if you come you can find it and keep going - without peddles and everything!

I love het berijden van een fiets through the streets of Amsterdam, especially w/my liefde on the back. :)
